Liability: Livelykicks and its staff are not responsible for any loss or injury sustained during sessions.
Behaviour Policy: Livelykicks reserves the right to remove any participant found bullying, misbehaving, or displaying disruptive behaviour from our programme, without refund.
Medical Conditions: All medical conditions must be declared during registration. Parents/guardians must update us of any changes by email or phone.
Bookings & Payments: Bookings are not confirmed until payment has been received. Paid spaces will be prioritised.
Illness Policy: Children must not attend sessions if they have experienced any illness within 48 hours prior to class.
Refunds & Cancellations:
We do not issue refunds for missed sessions or camp days due to personal circumstances.
Weather Policy: If a session is cancelled due to bad weather, Livelykicks will offer a make-up session or a refund.
Academy Commitment: Players joining Livelykicks Academy Teams must commit to a minimum of three months upon signing up. No refunds will be given within this period.
